Circular 26: Final Draft of the Global Compact for Safe, Orderly and Regular Migration

We are writing to share with you that the co-facilitors have released the final draft of the Global Compact for Safe, Orderly and Regular Migration. Member-states and all relevant stakeholders will reconvene on 11 July 2018 in the UN Headquarters in New York to conclude the intergovernmental negotiations in the presence of the President of the General Assembly, the Deputy Secretary-General of the UN and the Secretary-General of the inter-governmental conference.
Please see attached final draft for your reference as well as the letter of the co-facilitators. We are also attaching the final draft with tracked changes.
On another note, we would like to thank you for the inputs and suggestions that you have shared with us. We will share in our next message updates on what has transpired during the first two days of the negotiations as well as other civil society engagements.
