The 2011 PGA kicks off in Geneva next week!

This year’s theme: “Undocumented Migrants: A Call for Regularisation!” (http://migrantwatch.org/pga2011/)

The 2011 People’s Global Action on Migration, Development and Human Rights (PGA) will take place next week in Geneva, Switzerland!  Held in conjunction with the 2011 Global Forum on Migration and Development (GFMD), the PGA will kick off its 6th annual forum for migrant associations, diaspora groups, human rights organizations, trade unions, faith groups, academia and other civil society to gather, share information, dialogue, strengthen analyses and take action around migration issues and challenge states to undertake migration and development from a human rights perspective.

The 2011 PGA will be held on 29 November – 2 December at the Maisons des Associations in Geneva.  All are invited to join the PGA as we take a critical look at this year’s theme: “Undocumented Migrants: A Call for Regularisation!”  The PGA registration, programme, logistical and all other details can be found on the PGA website at: (http://migrantwatch.org/pga2011/).

We look forward to you joining us in this critical process as we converge in Geneva to strengthen the global struggle and movement for the rights of migrants around the world.
