Special Rapporteur on Contemporary Forms of Slavery Thematic Report on Access to Justice and Remedy

Migrant Forum in Asia (MFA)  welcomes the decision of the UN Special Rapporteur (SR) on contemporary forms of slavery to write a thematic report on access to justice and remedy for the 35th session of the Human Rights Council in June 2017. MFA is pleased to contribute to the SR’s report with recommendations to the different stakeholders with regard to issues relating to access to justice for migrant workers and members of their families.
