Report A Violation

Migrant Forum in Asia inputs for the report on “Labour Migration, Business and Human Rights” to the 80th session of the UN General Assembly

Migrant Forum in Asia (MFA) is a regional network of migrant workers, civil society organizations, trade unions, faith based organizations, lawyers, and individuals committed to advancing social justice for migrant workers and members of their families. The MFA members and partners are located in 28 countries in Asia and the Middle East. As a network, MFA do not operate as a single organization but work through our members and partners, amplifying their experiences and practices. For this submission, MFA solicited written inputs from MFA members and a webinar was organized among MFA members to discuss inputs for the report. Individual interviews were also conducted with key MFA members, trade union partners and migrant organizations in countries of destination to further substantiate inputs to the report.
