The\u00a0first was on November 1 at ONA Theater Hall where the<br \/>\norganizers, led by Migrants Rights International, welcomed\u00a0the participants. PGA participants who were official delegates\u00a0to the offi cial GFMD then left for the Civil Society Days.<\/p>\n<p>On November 4, the PGA participants staged a rally at\u00a0Propylaia, near the offi cial GFMD site.
