Circular 25 Global Compact for Safe, Orderly, and Regular Migration: Compact Draft 3

We are writing to share with you the latest revised draft (Draft Rev 3) of the Global Compact for Safe, Orderly and Regular Migration. Kindly see attached document for your reference as well as the version with tracked changes. As mentioned by the co-facilitators of Mexico and Switzerland, the 6th and last round of the negotiations meeting will focus on the remaining issues that needs to be clarified. On 11 July 2018, a final text of the Global Compact for Migration will be presented to the Member-states to give sufficient time to delegations to consult with their respective capitals and enable them to conclude this process by 13 July 2018.
A final intergovernmental stakeholders meeting will be held on 10 July.
The intergovernmental negotiation will conclude on 13 July 2018 in the presence of the President of the General Assembly and the Secretary General of the Intergovernmental Conference.
